●电能质量的基本描述      BASIC DESCRIPTION OF POWER QUALITY

电能质量是指电力系统中电能的质量,主要以电流质量指标、频率质量指标和电压质量指标来衡量。频率质量指标为频率允许偏差;电压质量指标包括幅值质量和波形质量。其中电压质量包括供电电压允许偏差、电压波动和闪变、三相电压允许不平衡度、暂态过电压和瞬态过电压;电流质量为公用电网电流谐波的容许值。

Power quality refers to the quality of electrical energy in a power system, mainly measured by current quality indicators, frequency quality indicators, and voltage quality indicators. The frequency quality indicator is the frequency tolerance; the voltage quality indicator includes the magnitude quality and the waveform quality. The voltage quality includes the supply voltage allowable deviation, voltage fluctuation and flicker, three-phase voltage allowable imbalance, transient over-voltage and transient over-voltage; the current quality is the allowable value of the utility grid current harmonic.


●电能质量产生的源头      SOLUTION OF POWER QUALITY

不完全取决于电力生产企业,有的指标(如谐波、电压波动和闪变、三相不平衡度)往往是由用户干扰所造成的。保障电能质量,既是电力企业的责任,也是用户(干扰性负荷)应尽的义务。各方应该按照现有的国家标准来规范有关电能质量的问题,要保证电能在额定的电压、频率范围内的正弦波形,还应保证不平衡度(瞬态的、稳态的)、电压波动和闪变在国家标准之内。
