STDG200 Series Low Voltage Static Reactive Generator Module and Device (SVG)

随着电力电子技术的发展,各种非线性和时变性电子装置大规模使用,供电系统的要求越来越高,传统常用的并联电容器补偿方式已无法满足一些冲击性负荷的配电系统(诸如焊机、轧机、密炼机等)治理的要求。作为柔性交流输电系统 FACTS的核心设备和技术之一,静止无功发生器(SVG: Static Var Generator)应用于配电系统的无功补偿,可实现从感性到容性的连续、快速无功调节,有效抑制电压波动与系统振荡,改善负荷三相不平衡,滤除谐波电流的干扰,增强系统稳定性等。
With the development of power electronics technology, various non-linear and time-varying electronic devices are used on a large scale, and the requirements of power supply systems are getting higher and higher. Traditionally used parallel capacitor compensation methods have been unable to meet some impact load distribution systems (such as Welding machine, rolling mill, internal mixer, etc.) requirements for treatment. As one of the core equipments and technologies of the flexible AC transmission system FACTS, Static Var Generator (SVG) is applied to the reactive power compensation of the power distribution system to achieve continuous and fast reactive power regulation from inductive to capacitive. It effectively suppresses voltage fluctuations and system oscillations, improves load three-phase unbalance, filters out harmonic current interference, and enhances system stability. It is the best solution in the field of reactive power control.
STDG200系列静止无功发生装置的基本原理。将系统看作一个电压源,SVG看作一个可控电压源,后者采用可关断电力电子器件(IGBT)组成自换相桥式电路,经过电抗器并联在电网上,通过调节其交流侧输出电压的幅值和相位,或者直接控制其交流侧电流,迅速吸收或者发出所需要的无功功率,实现快速动态调节无功的目的。
The basic principle of the STDG200 series static reactive power generation device. Considering the system as a voltage source, the SVG is seen as a controllable voltage source, which uses a turn-off power electronics (IGBT) to form a self-commutated bridge circuit, which is connected in parallel to the grid via a reactor, by adjusting its AC side. The amplitude and phase of the output voltage, or directly control the current on the AC side, quickly absorb or emit the required reactive power, achieving the purpose of rapid dynamic adjustment of reactive power.
